These are the prices you pay for a roll-off dumpster from Summit Waste Solutions in Martin, St. Lucie and north Palm Beach County. Every fee is listed here, and the same numbers appear at checkout before you pay. Last updated October 2026.

Homeowner rates include delivery, pickup and 7 days. Disposal is billed after pickup at $100 per ton for the actual weight. Contractor rates include 1, 2 or 3 tons depending on size, then $100 per ton over that. Anyone can choose either rate. If your load will be heavy, such as roofing or tile, the contractor rate usually works out better.
Fees You Will See at Checkout
- Fuel recovery fee, set by your town (see the table below).
- Admin fee of 3% of the dumpster price.
- Extra days at $10 each if you choose a pickup date more than 7 days out.
- Disposal at $100 per ton, billed after pickup from the certified scale ticket (homeowner rate) or for weight over the included tons (contractor rate).
There is no deposit and no separate delivery charge. You pay the dumpster price, fuel fee and admin fee when you book, and disposal after pickup.

How to Compare Dumpster Quotes
A low starting price does not always mean a low total. Before you book with anyone, ask:
- How many tons are included, and what is the charge per ton over that?
- How many days are included, and what does each extra day cost?
- Is there a delivery, fuel or environmental fee, and how much is it for my address?
- Is there an admin or processing fee?
- Are there extra charges for mattresses, appliances or other specific items?
- Am I booking with the company that owns the trucks, or with a website that hands the job to someone else?

Do I pay a deposit?
No. You pay the dumpster price, fuel fee and admin fee when you book. Disposal is billed after pickup.
When is the disposal charge billed?
After pickup, once the load has been weighed on a certified scale. Homeowner rentals pay $100 per ton for the actual weight. Contractor rentals pay $100 per ton only for weight above the included tons.
Can I keep the dumpster longer?
Yes. Extra days are $10 each. Choose a later pickup date when you book, or call us during the rental.
