20 Yard Dumpster

The 20 yard dumpster is our most popular size on the Treasure Coast. It holds roughly six pickup-truck loads of debris, which covers most kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring replacements, single-family roof tear-offs and whole-garage cleanouts.

Pricing

• Homeowner rate: $399. Includes delivery, pickup and 7 days. Disposal is billed after pickup at $100 per ton, based on the certified scale ticket.
• Contractor rate: $529. Includes 2 tons of disposal, then $100 per ton over that.
• Extra days: $10 per day after the first 7.
• A delivery fee for your town and a 3% admin fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

Good projects for a 20 yard

• Kitchen or bathroom remodels
• Roof replacements on most single-family homes (shingle roofs; heavy tile roofs often suit the contractor rate)
• Whole-house flooring or carpet removal
• Garage, attic and estate cleanouts
• Storm and hurricane cleanup

What can go in

Household junk, furniture, construction and remodeling debris, roofing, drywall, wood, cabinets and yard waste. Clean concrete, dirt and brick are accepted as a separate load because of their weight, so call before loading them.

Not allowed: hazardous waste, paint, tires, batteries, propane tanks and appliances that contain refrigerant.

Delivery and placement

We deliver Monday through Friday from our Hobe Sound and Palm City yards, with same-day or next-day delivery on most orders. Most customers place the container on their driveway. If you have pavers or a decorative surface, ask us to put boards underneath. Check with your HOA before delivery if you live in a managed community.
