• How does your dumpster rental service work?

  Getting a dumpster is simple. Choose the right size for your project and schedule a delivery date online or by phone. We deliver between 8am and 5pm, and we will send you a notification when we are on our way. When you are finished, just give us a call for pickup, or we will collect it automatically at the end of your rental period.

• How do I know what size dumpster rental I need?

  The right size depends on the scope of your project. A 10-yard dumpster is great for small cleanouts and minor renovations, while a 30-yard dumpster is ideal for large construction jobs and major cleanouts. If you’re not sure, give us a call and we’ll help you pick the right fit. If you end up needing more room, a swapout is always available during your rental.

• How soon can I get a dumpster rental delivered?

  We offer fast delivery, often within 24 hours of booking. If you need it sooner, same-day delivery may be available upon request depending on our schedule, so don’t hesitate to ask.

• How long can I keep my dumpster rental?

  Our standard rental period is 7 days, which gives most projects plenty of time. If you need it longer, we offer flexible options for extended rentals based on your specific needs, so just let us know.

• How much does a dumpster rental cost?

  Homeowner rates are $249 for a 10 yard, $399 for a 20 yard and $499 for a 30 yard. Each rate covers delivery, pickup and a 7-day rental. Disposal is billed after pickup at $100 per ton, based on the certified scale ticket.

  Contractor rates include tonnage: $349 for a 10 yard (1 ton), $529 for a 20 yard (2 tons) and $649 for a 30 yard (3 tons), then $100 per ton over that. Extra days are $10 each. A delivery fee for your town and a 3% admin fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

• What materials can I put in my dumpster rental?

  We accept most types of waste, including household trash, furniture, construction and demolition debris, and cleanout materials. We also accept clean fill, meaning concrete, dirt and brick, as a separate load with no trash mixed in. See the clean fill question below for sizes and pricing. Prohibited items include hazardous waste, chemicals, wet paint, oil, batteries, and propane tanks. If you are not sure whether something is allowed, just ask before you load it.

• Can I rent a dumpster for concrete, dirt or brick?

  Yes. Clean concrete, dirt and brick go in any of our dumpsters, 10, 20 or 30 yard, as a separate load with no trash, wood or other debris mixed in. Concrete with rebar in it is fine.

  Disposal is $100 per ton, the same rate as every other load, billed after pickup from the certified scale ticket, on top of the regular rental price. For example, a 10 yard in Stuart, Palm City or Hobe Sound with 4 tons of concrete totals $681.47 with all fees included.

• What if I fill up my dumpster and need another one?

  No problem, swapouts are available. Please contact our office to discuss pricing and scheduling, and we’ll get a fresh dumpster out to you as quickly as possible.

• Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?

  Not necessarily. As long as you provide any special delivery instructions ahead of time, our driver can drop off the dumpster without you needing to be on-site.

• Do I need a permit for a dumpster rental?

  Private property placements typically do not require a permit. That said, local regulations can vary, so if you’re placing a dumpster on a street or public right-of-way, check with your local municipality first.

• What surfaces can you place the dumpster on?

  We can place dumpsters on pavement, concrete, dirt, or grass as long as the surface is structurally adequate to support the weight. We use boards under the dumpster to help prevent damage to your property.

• Are there any special requirements when placing a dumpster at my house?

  We do require a clear spot at least 15′ long and 10′ wide, or big enough to park a pickup truck or SUV, so our driver can safely deliver and pick up the container.

• What happens if I exceed the weight limit?

  After we pick up your dumpster, we weigh the load at the disposal facility and bill the tonnage at $100 per ton. Your card on file is charged for the actual weight, so you only pay for what you throw away. If you would like help estimating the weight for your project, just give us a call.

• Are you responsible for the roll off dumpster if it gets damaged in any way?

  We’re not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, if the dumpster is damaged due to negligence or a safety violation, the renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs.

• Do you require a deposit?

  We do not charge a separate deposit. We do require full payment and a signed rental agreement before delivery.

• What sizes of dumpsters do you offer for rental?

  We offer three roll-off sizes: 10 yard, 20 yard, and 30 yard. A 10 yard is great for small cleanouts and remodels, a 20 yard suits mid-size renovation and cleanout projects, and a 30 yard handles large construction jobs and whole-home cleanouts. You can view dimensions and book any size online.
