We deliver between 8am and 7pm, and we’ll send you a notification when we’re on our way. When you’re finished, just give us a call for pickup, or we’ll swing by automatically at the end of your rental period.

• How do I know what size dumpster rental I need?

  The right size depends on the scope of your project. A 10-yard dumpster is great for small cleanouts and minor renovations, while a 30-yard dumpster is ideal for large construction jobs and major cleanouts. If you’re not sure, give us a call and we’ll help you pick the right fit. If you end up needing more room, a swapout is always available during your rental.

• How soon can I get a dumpster rental delivered?

  We offer fast delivery, often within 24 hours of booking. If you need it sooner, same-day delivery may be available upon request depending on our schedule, so don’t hesitate to ask.

• How long can I keep my dumpster rental?

  Our standard rental period is 14 days, which gives most projects plenty of time. If you need it longer, we offer flexible options for extended rentals based on your specific needs — just let us know.

• How much does a dumpster rental cost?

• What materials can I put in my dumpster rental?

  We accept most types of waste, including residential trash, construction debris, and house cleanout materials. A few items are prohibited, including concrete, dirt, bricks, chemicals, batteries, tires, and paints. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, just ask us before you load it.

• What if I fill up my dumpster and need another one?

  No problem — swapouts are available. Please contact our office to discuss pricing and scheduling, and we’ll get a fresh dumpster out to you as quickly as possible.

• Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?

  Not necessarily. As long as you provide any special delivery instructions ahead of time, our driver can drop off the dumpster without you needing to be on-site.

• Do I need a permit for a dumpster rental?

  Private property placements typically do not require a permit. That said, local regulations can vary, so if you’re placing a dumpster on a street or public right-of-way, check with your local municipality first.

• What surfaces can you place the dumpster on?

  We can place dumpsters on pavement, concrete, dirt, or grass as long as the surface is structurally adequate to support the weight. We use boards under the dumpster to help prevent damage to your property.

• Are there any special requirements when placing a dumpster at my house?

  We do require a clear spot at least 15′ long and 10′ wide — or big enough to park a pickup truck or SUV — so our driver can safely deliver and pick up the container.

• What happens if I exceed the weight limit?

  Every rental includes a weight allowance. If you go over that limit, additional charges may apply — we charge $89 per ton over the included weight limit.

• Are you responsible for the roll off dumpster if it gets damaged in any way?

  We’re not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, if the dumpster is damaged due to negligence or a safety violation, the renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs.

• Do you require a deposit?

  All orders require payment and a signed contract before delivery.
