Concrete, Dirt and Brick Dumpster Rental on the Treasure Coast

Summit Waste Solutions takes clean concrete, dirt and brick in any of its roll-off dumpsters, 10, 20 or 30 yard, as a separate load with no trash mixed in. Disposal is $100 per ton, the same rate as every other load, billed after pickup from the certified scale ticket. What Clean Fill Costs With Summit

Heavy material is priced by weight, so the total depends mostly on how many tons you load. Here are 10 yard homeowner rentals in Stuart, Palm City or Hobe Sound, with all fees included:

Rental totals include delivery, pickup, 7 days, the town fuel fee and our admin fee. Other towns have a different fuel fee; see the prices page. A 20 yard is $435.97 and a 30 yard is $538.97 for 7 days with all fees included, plus the same $100 per ton. Ask the office whether the homeowner or contractor rate works out better for your load.

How a Clean Fill Load Works

  • Call to set it up. Clean fill is arranged by phone rather than online, so we can match the container to the weight of the job.
  • Keep it clean. Concrete, dirt and brick only, with no trash, wood or other debris mixed in. Concrete with rebar in it is fine. If you are not sure about a material, call before you load it.
  • Load by weight, not by volume. Concrete and dirt are so heavy that a container reaches a safe weight long before it looks full. Any size works for clean fill, and the office can help you choose one for the weight you expect.
  • Separate projects, separate loads. If you also have demolition debris or trash, it goes in a second dumpster at the regular rate.

To be fair: Dumpster Delivered’s $80 per ton rate is lower than ours. Against Chickadee’s published $0.08 per pound, Summit’s $100 per ton saves $60 on every ton, which is $240 on a 4-ton load of concrete.

Can concrete with rebar go in the dumpster?

Yes. Broken concrete with rebar in it is fine in a clean fill load.

What size dumpster do I need for concrete or dirt?

Any size works: 10, 20 or 30 yard. Because you pay for weight at $100 per ton, choose the size that fits the job and let the office know roughly how much material you have.

Can I mix concrete with other debris?

No. Clean fill has to be its own load. Trash and demolition debris go in a separate dumpster.

Can I book a clean fill dumpster online?
