Anyone can choose the contractor rate. In Stuart, Palm City or Hobe Sound, a 30 yard with 3 tons included is $693.47 with all fees included, so you can price debris into a bid before you call anyone.

To be fair: Dumpster Delivered’s $80 per ton rate is lower than ours, and its 20 yard includes 1.5 tons. Yellowstone includes up to 2 tons. Where Summit stands out is the large job. Our 30 yard includes 3 tons at a posted price, so a roof tear-off or full gut can go out in one haul.
