10 Yard Dumpster

The 10 yard dumpster is our smallest roll-off and the easiest to fit in a driveway. It holds roughly three pickup-truck loads, which is right for a single-room remodel, a garage or closet cleanout, or a weekend of yard work.

Pricing

• Homeowner rate: $249. Includes delivery, pickup and 7 days. Disposal is billed after pickup at $100 per ton, based on the certified scale ticket.
• Contractor rate: $349. Includes 1 ton of disposal, then $100 per ton over that.
• Extra days: $10 per day after the first 7.
• A delivery fee for your town and a 3% admin fee are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Condo or apartment cleanouts where space is tight
• Small loads of heavy material such as concrete, dirt or brick (separate load, call first)

What can go in

Household junk, furniture, remodeling debris, drywall, wood, roofing and yard waste. Clean concrete, dirt and brick are accepted as a separate load because of their weight.

Not allowed: hazardous waste, paint, tires, batteries, propane tanks and appliances that contain refrigerant.

Delivery and placement

We deliver Monday through Friday from our Hobe Sound and Palm City yards, with same-day or next-day delivery on most orders. The 10 yard fits most driveways and many condo parking areas. Ask us to put boards underneath if you have pavers, and check with your HOA first if you live in a managed community.
